We are currently seeking to appoint two site managers that will be respectively responsible for the operational management and control of designated construction projects from mobilisation through to completion which are managed by our Cardiff Office in South East Wales and the South West of England.

The successful candidate will be required to;


  • Work with enthusiasm and have the ability to motivate the site team.
  • Ensure continued compliance with the Company’s Quality System procedures and maintain appropriate records.
  • Conduct site inductions for new starters and perform regular toolbox talks and maintain records
  • Manage site activities, ensuring accurate compliance with contract specification, drawings and relevant standards and maintain as built records of the works.
  • Ensure the completion of short term programming, monitoring the progress of a project for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate and control the ordering of plant and materials and the activities of subcontractors together with direct labour, monitor quality and minimise site waste.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to proactively manage relations with the general public, client and all other persons affected by the project’s activities.
  • Contribute to project management meetings.
  • Prepare and produce reports and information as requested by the Contracts Manager.
