The up-to-date fascilities will consist of a new sports hall with a main hall and a single and two-storey changing and ancillary accomodation: the visitors accommodation building comprising of a two storey block of student bedrooms with en-suite fascilities; Communal and meeting rooms with roof space group meeting areas; new sports pitches, one with an all-weather synthetic pitch and floodlights; conversion of existing buildings to create a Heritage Centre and an Eduacational Centre and also infrastructure works that include new roads, parking areas, footpaths and landscaping.
