Malpas Court, Newport

Client: Newport City Council.

Project: The conversion and comprehensive refurbishment of Malpas Court, Newport, a Grade II Listed Building dating from 1834, into modern office accommodation, using sustainable/environmentally friendly materials. Work comprises of the reinstatement of structure, including roofs, chimneys and floors, new plaster and decorative mouldings, repairs, replacement and upgrading of joinery, new mechanical and electrical services throughout and external works in relation to the development.
