Project Description: The construction of a new headquarters for an integrated training and childcare facility. Work consisted of the construction of a two storey building with cavity wall construction, pitched roof with slate covering, glazed atrium, mechanical and electrical services, drainage and external works.

The first floor of the building has offices, a meeting room for up to 40 people and a training room. The ground floor contains a nursery section with two nurseries, a quiet room, sleeping rooms and toilets, a toy library, a retail outlet and reception area leading to ancillary accommodation and administration facilities.
