Three Pupils from Millbank Primary School received their prizes this week for their winning posters on site safety after an assembly by Ivor Goodsite.
The school took part in the competition earlier this year and were given the task of creating a safety poster based on the information they received during the Ivor Goodsite Safety Presentation back in April.
There was an excellent response and a lot of time and effort went in to the finished posters. The posters were very informative showing the level of attention given during the Safety Presentation. The posters also displayed great artistic talent and Andrew Wheten of Cardiff Council was given the difficult task of choosing the three winners.
Having waited patiently for the winners to be announced, Business Development Director Jon Williams and Construction Manager Stuart Brown attended a morning assembly to deliver the results and answer questions on what the children can expect when they move back into their School. The children were as always on their best behaviour and the Lego prizes were greatfully received by winners Arwa, Chenille and Riley.
