Once again the team at Ysgol Ffwrnes have raised the bar during the delivery of the project and have achieved 44 out of 50 for its third and final Considerate Constructor visit. The score makes Ysgol Ffwrnes the highest achieved to date by the company under the new scoring system.
The site has continually improved its score from the first and second visit and was praised for its high level of ‘over and above’ compliance with the scheme checklist. WRW Chairman Robert Williams and Managing Director David Harris have commended the site team for their efforts in achieving this score.
The project is continuing to progress ahead of programme with end-user training due to commence shortly together with loose furniture fit-out.
With particular assistance from BREEAM AP Melin Consultants, information is being collated and the project is well on track to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ at construction which would make Ysgol Ffwrnes the first Primary School in Wales to achieve the standard on final assessment.
